At oneshot, your satisfaction is our top priority! We strive to ensure that you love our hydration products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our refund and return policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
1. Timeframe:
- Returns or refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Boxes that have been opened, damaged, or partially used are not eligible for returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Free promotional items or gifts are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Bundled items can only be returned if all components of the bundle are included.
Refunds
1. Approved Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued once the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
2. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping fees (both delivery and return shipping) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund

- Your order number.
- Reason for the return or refund.
- Photos of the product (if applicable).
2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return process.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
