At oneshot, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Not satisfied? Just keep it or return it within 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked!

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item? Let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we'll make it right immediately. Email hello@oneshot.me.

Getting Your Refund Email hello@oneshot.me with your order number and whether you're keeping or returning the product. That's it!

• Keeping it? We'll refund you within 5-7 business days.
• Returning it? We'll send you shipping instructions and refund you once it's shipped back.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
• Exception: We'll cover all shipping costs for damaged or defective items
